About Kaia

Kaia is a graphic designer and photographer based in Minnesota, blending creativity with purpose in every project she takes on. She earned her BFA in Graphic Design from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2020, and kicked off her career at a local print shop in Mankato. After two years of hands-on experience, she made the move to Minneapolis, where she now works as a graphic designer at the Center for Advanced Studies in Child Welfare at the University of Minnesota—a role she’s held for two and a half years.

Beyond her 9-to-5, Kaia dives into freelance design and photography, collaborating with a wide range of clients. She’s always seeking opportunities to sharpen her skills, tell compelling visual stories, and connect with other creatives along the way.
